Covering topics such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety, and energy management, this course prepares students to manage and maintain key building infrastructures.
Students will learn the principles of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and the use of technology in monitoring and controlling building systems. Practical skills will be developed to identify potential issues, perform routine inspections, and implement effective solutions. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to oversee the maintenance and operation of a wide range of building systems, ensuring that facilities run smoothly and sustainably.
ODL Students Eligible for UCSI College Convocation
Upon completion of ODL courses, students are eligible to attend the UCSI College convocation, where they will wear the graduation gown and receive a certificate in place of a scroll. Please note, the graduation fee is not included in the course fee.
