This practical course is designed to provide students with comprehensive knowledge with practicum on the application of genetic testing in stem cell therapy. A significant component of the course includes hands-on practicum sessions, where students will gain practical experience in conducting genetic tests, analyzing genomic data, and interpreting results for clinical and research applications.

Lab Practical 1 - Lab Procedure Briefing To explain the fundamental principles of genetic testing and its role in diagnosing human diseases.

Lab Practical 2 - Practical Session To demonstrate proficiency in laboratory techniques used in genetic testing, such as DNA extraction, PCR and DNA profiling.

Lab Practical 3 - Data Accuracy To establish accurate lab records and follow biosafety guidelines in cell biology and genetic testing procedures.

Lab Practical 4 - Data Interpretation Perform and interpret gel electrophoresis results for genetic analysis.

Lab Practical 5 - Scientific Reporting Present findings from laboratory experiments in a structured scientific report.
