The course mainly focuses on the role of retail in logistics operations where there is an essential need to attain efficiency in the movement of goods in Supply Chain. The course covers the roles of retail in Supply Chain Management, types of layouts, goods delivery, packaging, and goods design network. The course is divided into eight modules that blend both theoretical and retail application.
