The Institute of Music at UCSI University is glad to host its first ever symposium that speaks to the myriad of possibilities and inter-disciplinary encounters that music can potentially bring to as a subject of research.
This symposium aims to provide a wide cultural palette to negotiate the practices found in music that diverge from its normative expressions and transgress operational boundaries of identity, gender, nation and otherwise.
